Preparation Diet

All Shamanic activity in the Andes includes the performance of rituals to change an individual reality a sequence of activities that the Shamans of Cuzco develop and have an important purpose of generating a change in our lives to seek a better quality of life

Ancestral Andean medicine as well as San Pedro Wachuma, Cleanses and Healing our body In order to get the most of the medicine we recommend

-Do not consume drugs in general (cocaine, marijuana, cigarettes, alcohol, etc.).
-Avoid stimulants such as (coffee, chocolates, pills in general, etc.).
-Avoid eating red meat, pork, spicy foods, excess salt, sugar and seasonings, as well as artificial colors, flavorings and preservatives before the ceremony.
-Avoid Sexual activities of any kind

We suggest having the following considerations:

-Heart problems and pacemakers.
-People with gastric ulcer.
-People taking antidepressant medications
-Mental illnesses (schizophrenia and bipolarism).

Mental and spiritual preparation is also important, so our main recommendations are:

-Have adequate rest (sleep 7 to 8 hours a day).
-Perform some daily physical activity such as: running, walking, etc
-Practice meditation and other techniques to relax your mind and feel peace
-Practice meditation, yoga or prayer, etc.

We always recommend to all people who wish to perform the ceremony

-If possible, abstain from the physical diet 3 days before the ceremony for a better digestion of the medicine.
-Spend lots of time in nature
-Have a regular meditation and / or yoga practice
